Wedding Cakes by Gail is owned by Judy Wiemar, a local in Destin, Florida for the past eighteen years. After spending most of the eighteen years coordinating Beach Weddings and Receptions, Judy sold her Beach Wedding business, allowing her to concentrate on Wedding Cakes and delivery. The name Wedding Cakes by "Gail" is in honor of a very dear friend.

Cake is our only product and we provide our customers with superior and professional results. Our cakes are freshly made by hand using some of the finest quality and freshest ingredients, the old-fashioned way. We use pure vanilla and other fine ingredients. Our bakers have over 25 years experience in Destin and Fort Walton Beach in Northwest Florida creating beautiful wedding cakes for brides and grooms.

We offer wedding cakes for every style, ranging from simple to elaborate, including hand colored chocolate ribbons and bows, intricate basket weaves, floral sprays, edible flowers and fruits, and non-traditional fantasy cakes. Coverings include real butter cream, fondant, and chocolate glazing. Your options are limitless!
